What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years

  of experience in an HR Executive/Generalist role, with

  major experience in HR analytics

  .
• Strong skills in

  Advanced Excel

  (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and

  basic Power BI

  knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication & organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
