Job Description

Deliver a welcoming and professional impression of the company to employees, candidates, visitors, etc. Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely in any Mouser systems. Maintain data integrity and comply with data integrity and security policies. Assist in HR data analysis and administrative activities related to the onboarding process and HR operational activities. Relate well with a diverse population and at all levels. Ensure real-time data entry in systems, work effectively and efficiently in various systems, and assist in planning and executing special events. The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, possess good interpersonal skills, and be customer-oriented. They should have good organizational and time management skills, excellent command of written and spoken English, good typing skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in HR systems is an advantage. A Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related disciplines is preferred.
