Role Description

This is a remote role for a Human Resources Assistant at Edza AI. The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, managing employee records, administering benefits, using HRIS for various tasks, and supporting training and development programs. The role includes updating HR policies, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
