As an Inbound Customer Support Representative at our Vadodara location, you will be responsible for handling credit card inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent services to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with credit limit adjustments, card replacements, and account updates. Additionally, you will be educating customers on benefits, rewards, and policies while maintaining records in the CRM system to ensure compliance with company policies. Meeting performance metrics and delivering a positive customer experience will be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
