Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bharuch. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks. These include maintaining and managing HR records, managing HRIS, assisting with benefits administration, and providing support in training activities. The role also involves supporting HR management in daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Benefits Administration experience
• Skills in Training and development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus

• Starts from 32,000/- CTC
