Human Resources Assistant

You will be joining Dynamic Engineers Infratrack Pvt. Ltd. as a full-time Human Resources Assistant based in Kota, Rajasthan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, including HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training. Your responsibilities will involve assisting with employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, maintaining employee records, managing benefits programs, and aiding in training and development initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Experience in Benefits Administration and conducting training programs will be beneficial. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
