Human Resources Assistant

As an HR Assistant at our company located in Mohali Phase 8b, you will be responsible for various HR activities during US Shifts (6pm - 3am). With a salary of up to 30-35K CTC plus Free Cabs, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6 months experience in HR roles. Your primary duties will include maintaining a comprehensive database for all HR activities, handling various HR admin tasks, composing job offer letters, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Strong communication skills are a must for this role, as you will be interacting with employees, management, and external parties regularly.
