Human Resource Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist with strong experience in managing Human Resources within the I.T. field. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of I.T. roles, technical recruitment, and employee lifecycle management. You will serve as the bridge between management and technical teams, ensuring smooth hiring processes, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for I.T. positions (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, etc.).
• Draft and post job descriptions on hiring platforms.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, especially technical staff.
• Support training and development programs tailored for I.T. employees.
• Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and workplace conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in HR, preferably within the I.T./Tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of I.T. job functions and technical terminology.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing remote/outsourced I.T. teams.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
