Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Services Team Member-BPS to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and domain expertise.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle escalation management and provide effective solutions.
Utilize typing skills with 25 WPM and 90% accuracy in daily tasks.
Demonstrate assertive communication and linguistic orientation when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Understand and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Provide support to the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Domain expertise in human resource services or a related field.
