Overview of the Role: You will manage end-to-end implementation of our Program towards Student Agency in the district, starting with planning & implementing the Peer based program (around Foundational literacy and numeracy & project based learning ) in all blocks through working with Block resource centers to ensure successful program outcomes for all the students. Implementation Understanding existing structures for different aspect of the program for ease of implementation Training of District, Block, and cluster resource centers on different aspects of Student Agency and project based learning.
