Job Role:
This role involves sourcing and onboarding candidates for housekeeping, technical, and support roles in facilities management, including managing apprenticeship programs under NAPS and NATS. The candidate will coordinate with training institutes and government offices, ensure statutory compliance, negotiate manpower costs, and act as a liaison between operations, clients, and vendors. Extensive travel across Tamil Nadu and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
01) Conduct local-level sourcing of candidates for Housekeeping, Technical, Soft Services & Support roles in Facilities Management.
02) Identify and onboard candidates under NAPS & NATS apprentice programs.
03) Coordinate with ITIs, skill centers, local consultancies, and district employment offices.
04) Maintain database of potential candidates, vendors, and training partners.
05) Conduct due diligence and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, minimum wages).
06) Negotiate manpower costs, mobilization deadlines, and candidate availability.
07) Visit sourcing locations, government offices, and client sites regularly.
08) Conduct local recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus engagements.
09) Ensure timely candidate availability as per project start target.
10) Ensure proper documentation for NAPS/NATS enrolment via apprenticeship portals.
11) Maintain MIS for tracking candidate sourcing status, mobilization, and joining ratio.
12) Coordinate with HR and compliance teams for timely registrations and onboarding.
13) Act as field-level liaison between operations teams, clients, vendors, and candidates.
14) Understand client manpower requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
01) Educational Qualification: Any graduate degree. MBA would be a plus.
02) Work Experience: Minimum 04 to 05 Years of sourcing and recruitment experience.
03) Prior experience of sourcing manpower in a manpower or facility management company is highly preferred.
04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.
05) Salary Range: 4.2 to 5.0 Lacs Per Annum / 35,000 to 41,000 Per Month
06) Communication and Languages: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Tamil.
07) Understanding of NAPS/NATS guidelines and FM manpower norms.
08) Negotiation skills & ability to mobilize resources quickly.
09) Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu extensively.
10) Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
11) Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
12) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Qualification: Graduate; MBA would be a plus.
Experience: 4 to 5 Years in Facility Management or Manpower industry
