Role Summary : We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a background in the steel sector, preferably someone who is familiar with the local talent pool in Raipur . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help build a strong, skilled workforce aligned with our business needs. Key Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in the steel industry. Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and local sources. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads. Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication. Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for various functional areas. Prepare job descriptions and assist with workforce planning. Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to understand manpower requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Requirements : Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the steel sector. Strong understanding of roles in steel plant operations (e.g., rolling mill, blast furnace, maintenance, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
