Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition for Banking Industry Strong understanding of Recruitment process and channels Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
