Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experiences to ensure they align with job requirements.
Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain candidate databases and utilize recruitment tools to track progress and measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization's brand.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast
paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
