Job Summary

Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

Manage the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and co-ordinating with interviews .
Understand manpower requirements from various branches and departments.
Travel to required locations for walk-ins, interviews, and bulk hiring activities.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of positions across all branches.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide daily/weekly updates on recruitment progress.
Achieve hiring targets and earn incentives based on closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Human resource.
0-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as per business requirements.
Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of sourcing platforms (Job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

Willingness to travel to branch locations for recruitment activities
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment and close positions independently
