HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for multiple requirements across various industries.
Understand client requirements and job specifications in detail.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
, referrals, databases, and social media.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Ensure
timely closures
and achieve monthly hiring targets.
Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and follow-ups till joining.
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in
End-to-End Recruitment
(IT / Non-IT / Bulk / Lateral hiring).
Experience working in a
staffing/recruitment consultancy
is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and timelines.
Professional attitude with a client-centric approach.
Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tools.

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field preferred.
