Role & responsibilities

Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing the offer process, and collaborating with Hiring Managers, Maintaining Recruitment Reports & Database, Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s in HR or related field.
1–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in construction).
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good communication, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
