Job Title: Training & Operations Executive Home Healthcare Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Salary: 2.6 LPA 3.5 LPA (based on experience) About Us We are a trusted elder home healthcare service provider with 70+ active clients, oering personalized care with trained caregivers. Our mission is to provide elderly patients with compassionate, professional, and family-like support at home. Role Overview We are looking for a Training & Operations Executive who will be the bridge between management, caregivers, and clients. The role involves managing daily caregiver training, maintaining client engagement, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily training sessions for caregivers (skills, soft skills, and protocols). Engage regularly with clients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Maintain and update records (training logs, caregiver attendance, salaries, oice expenses, etc.). ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Support recruitment by exploring new ideas for hiring caregivers. Ensure standard communication protocols are followed with all stakeholders. Work with management to improve service quality and identify operational gaps. Provide reports and updates to management on training, operations, and client feedback. Key Skills Required ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills (for training sessions & meetings). Strong problem-solving ability and conict management.

¢ ¢ ¢ Experience in training or people management (preferred in healthcare/eldercare). Good organizational & record-keeping skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of MS Oice/Google Sheets. Qualications ¢ ¢ ¢ Bachelors degree (any discipline; healthcare/social work background preferred). 13 years of experience in operations/training/client management.
