Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for technical and non-technical roles within the organization.
Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases
.
Conduct
initial HR screenings
to assess candidates' communication skills, interest, and alignment with the company culture.
Coordinate and schedule
technical interviews
with internal teams.
Draft and publish across platforms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the
ATS or recruitment tracker
.
Follow up with selected candidates through
offer release to onboarding
.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
through timely communication and support.
Assist with
walk-ins, recruitment drives, and campus hiring initiatives
.
Work closely with the HR team on other
HR operational activities
, if required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years
of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a
software or IT services company
.
Understanding of technical roles such as
Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, etc.
Familiarity with
job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to
startup or fast-growing IT environments
.
Knowledge of
basic HR operations or onboarding processes
.
Creative mindset for
employer branding
on social platforms.
