Job Description

Location:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment (JDs, sourcing, screening, offer closure)
  • Manage campus hiring and travel occasionally for recruitment events
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and integration with company culture

HR Policy & Governance

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and code of conduct
  • Conduct policy training sessions across locations

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as point of contact for grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary issues
  • Organize engagement activities (festivals, recognition, team events)

Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll input, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and attendance
  • Handle benefits administration and address employee queries

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Track participation and gather feedback for continuous improvement

HR Systems & Analytics

  • Manage HR operations using

    SAP SuccessFactors

  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for leadership review

Statutory & Labor Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and handle audits
  • Maintain documentation and stay updated on legal changes

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA in HR with 8–12 years’ experience in core HR functions
  • Strong command over SAP SuccessFactors (must)
  • Familiar with manufacturing/engineering sector HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (Mumbai/Pune)
