With over 7 years in the business, we are expanding rapidly and need a results-driven HR Manager who can handle high-volume recruitment across sales, academic, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, academic, and operations teams to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Plan and execute walk-in drives, campus hiring, and mass recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
- Talent Sourcing & Networking
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and agencies.
- Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
- Performance-Driven Hiring
- Achieve weekly joining targets as per business requirements.
- Monitor and improve offer-to-joining ratio.
- Onboarding & Retention
- Conduct smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Monitor early attrition and coordinate with team leads to retain talent.
- Recruitment Data & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics.
- Share performance reports with management and suggest process improvements.
- Employer Branding
- Represent NNIIT at job fairs, campus events, and networking platforms.
- Promote the company’s mission and work culture to attract the best talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience with specialization in bulk hiring (EdTech/Sales hiring preferred).
- Proven ability to close positions within short timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
