Experience - 6+ years

Experienced Human Resource Manager with a minimum of 6+ years of HR leadership experience within the Hotels, Hospitality, or Corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end HR operations, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth through strong people practices.

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, operations, corporate roles).
• Develop manpower planning strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Training & Development
• Identify training needs across departments.

6. Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, POSH, etc.).
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and audit documentation.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams when required.
• Coordinate L&D programs, compliance training, and skill‑enhancement workshops.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training MIS.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and HRIS updates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Handle transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities
• Education:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 6+ years in HR roles within Hotels, Hospitality, or Corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of hospitality workforce dynamics and operational HR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
