Human Resource Manager

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to handle the end-to-end Human Resource operations at Electronic Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and exit processes. Handle employee life cycle management – from hiring to retention and engagement. Maintain and update employee records, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance. Implement and monitor HR policies, company culture, and code of conduct. Oversee performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee evaluation systems. Manage disciplinary actions and grievance handling professionally. Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce strategy. Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive work environment. Handle training, development, and internal communication. Ensure timely documentation, offer letters, and HR reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HR management (preferably in retail or multi-store setup). Strong understanding of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
