Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for positions based in Bangalore from sourcing to

onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and coordinate with consultants.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, schedule interviews, and manage offer

negotiations.

  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new joiners.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities for the

Bangalore office.

  • Conduct HR connect sessions.
  • Handle employee grievances, feedback mechanisms, and retention efforts.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Support coordination for events, training, and audits.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, recruitment trends, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
