Role & Responsibilities: Design and implement a structured hiring system across multiple departments Source, screen, and schedule candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, WhatsApp groups, etc. Write job descriptions, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate with department heads Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records Track key recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire, offer dropouts, and sourcing performance Ensure policy compliance and assist in performance management processes Preferred Candidate Profile: 25 years experience in HR and recruitment Must be based in Kanpur or willing to relocate Strong communication and coordination skills Experience in digital, startup, or e-commerce environment preferred Proficient with Google Sheets, email handling, and basic HRMS tools
