Job Description

About the Role:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct performance management cycles and provide guidance to managers.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and HRIS systems.
Develop employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Monitor HR metrics (attrition, hiring, training effectiveness, etc.) and prepare reports for management.
Lead payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Strategic thinking with problem-solving ability.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Experience in driving employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Certification in HR (SHRM/PHR) is a plus.
