Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Mumbai,Pune,Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 10+ years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with our business goals. You will be instrumental in defining end-to-end architecture across Salesforce products, managing integrations, guiding development teams, and ensuring delivery excellence. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on involvement in Agile processes, including close collaboration with project managers, customers, and development teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-architected Salesforce solutions. Lead story grooming sessions with the customer and project manager to ensure stories are solutioned properly and refined for development. Own and update user stories in Jira with detailed solution approaches, acceptance criteria, and technical inputs for the team. Design end-to-end solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals. Define architecture blueprints, data models, integration strategies, and security frameworks for Salesforce implementations. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams across multiple projects. Evaluate and recommend tools, third-party applications, and AppExchange solutions as part of the architecture strategy. Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews with business and technical stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, code quality standards, and release management processes. Work with integration platforms and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) to connect Salesforce with external systems. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform innovations and assess their relevance for business needs. Mentor and support cross-functional teams through documentation and knowledge-sharing. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2 years as a Solution Architect. Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Salesforce implementations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration. Experience designing and integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on expertise in story grooming and Jira updates . Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, and Platform Developer II are highly desirable. Strong understanding of data modeling, security (OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules), and performance optimization. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills. Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in industries like Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. Exposure to multi-org Salesforce environments or large-scale enterprise rollouts. Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud) is an advantage.
