Human Resource Manager

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary Range: 30,000 50,000 per month

Experience Required: 4 – 7 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions at Dairy Automation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring smooth HR operations and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle complete Payroll Management through Spine HRMS software.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Plan and execute performance appraisals and increment cycles.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and retention programs.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.).
• Support management in manpower planning and strategic HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in HR operations or managerial roles.
• Strong expertise in Payroll Management using Spine HRMS.
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
• Ability to manage multi-location teams and coordinate with project sites.
