Role & responsibilities Managing Machine shop consisting of CNCs,VMCs, and HMCs - daily review of production with production manager and overcoming daily obstacles to achieve maximum output - ensuring defect free components and total quality management - planning and execution to achieve 100% customer schedules - reducing cycle time and enhancing efficiency - Meeting customer demands - managing shop floor managers and supervisors - building strong team and giving results - 5s and kaizens - tooling knowledge, fixtures , gauges - PPAP, APQP etc. Preferred candidate profile
