Our current HR Setup:

  1. We are using leading industry tools like

    GreytHR

    and

    Zoho People

    for HR and Payroll Management. It saves time in maintaining various ledgers and google/excel sheets. We are using cloud-based tools for better HR productivity.
  2. Our payroll is 100% outsourced to GreytHR implementation partners. The HR Team's responsibility is to share the data input for the month and cross-verify the shared output reports.
  3. Zoho is being used for recruitment, and other business and employee-lifecycle processes like Employee Database, Performance Ratings/Reviews, Asset Management, Incidents, Weekly reports, Vendor database and payments etc.
  4. We have two HR executives in the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading the complete HR department.
  • Understanding company environment & priorities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the team; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Manage documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, promotions, disciplinary actions, and exits
  • Monitor the Performance Management Cycles, including periodic performance review, merit increase process, people reviews, development and progression planning.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll, benefits, and attendance/leaves data
  • Ensure providing accurate data input to the payroll and accounting teams, and cross-verifying the payroll output reports.
  • Ensure meeting the various monthly timelines for smooth functioning of processes.
  • Giving structure to the organisation and expanding the teams in all departments.
  • Ensuring to handle team, training coordination, Statutory, Policy and Procedure implementations, Employee engagement activities, Disciplinary actions, Performance Appraisals etc.
  • Smart recruitment tactics are a must, as per new edge social media and other developments. Commit and stick to recruitment deadlines, and get the quality resources hired.
  • Keeping a check on necessary office administrative duties.
  • Ensure the attrition levels are within the normal expected levels.
  • Safeguard sensitive information with strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • We usually work 5 days a week. For the HR team, you may expect 2 half-day working Saturdays in a month additionally. They are expected to show up on a Saturday for hiring needs, walk-in / campus drives, administrative tasks, any other tasks to meet timelines and compliances or anything urgent.

  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant compliances.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, Good decision-making skills with ability to multi-task.
