Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Understand hiring requirements, create JDs, and source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on role fitment
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews, feedback, and offer roll-out
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and regularly track hiring progress
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding

Secondary Responsibilities Generalist Tasks

  • Maintain HR records and update employee data
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Assist with basic HR operations such as attendance, documentation, and compliance coordination
  • Handle ad hoc HR tasks as per business requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
