Oversee end-to-end recruitment & onboarding processes
Implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory & regulatory norms Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures Drive training & development programs to enhance staff competencies Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management Lead performance appraisal processes and compensation planning Support hospital accreditation and audits related to HR documentation
Masters degree in HR / MBA (HR) or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitals or healthcare sector Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
