Job Description

HR Manager Experience: 8 to 12years Location: HYD

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee data management, updates, and record-keeping through Keka.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage promotions, transfers, and employee exits using Kekas HRIS tools.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing through Keka.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave, and attendance records within Keka.
  • Assist in addressing employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and benefits.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal processes through Keka.
  • Track performance metrics and provide guidance for employee growth and development.
  • Coordinate with managers to set and review individual performance goals.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and act on findings.
  • Address employee concerns, provide solutions, and improve workplace culture.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use Kekas HR analytics tools to generate reports and insights on key HR metrics.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on employee performance, turnover, and engagement.
  • Suggest and implement data-driven strategies for improving HR operations.

and Policy Management:

  • Ensure HR policies and processes comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and maintain company policies in accordance with current legal standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and implement development programs.
  • Use Keka to track training completion, certifications, and employee development progress.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management with a strong focus on Keka HRMS.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, payroll management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of Keka & HR functionalities including employee data management,
  • leave management, payroll, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
