Role Overview
We are hiring a
high-impact HR Manager
to take full ownership of HR operations from hiring to exit and anchor our people engine as we scale. This is not a support or coordination role this is a
mission-critical, high-accountability leadership function
reporting directly to the COO. You'll be responsible for building a high-trust, high-performance environment that aligns every employee with BlitzenX's aggressive growth goals.If you need hand-holding, this isn't the place for you. We're looking for a
strategic executor and cultural enforcer
who can lead from the front with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire HR operations lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, payroll, compliance, employee experience, and exits.
- Build and institutionalize scalable HR processes and policies that drive performance, accountability, and cultural alignment.
- Work as a direct extension of the COO, providing strategic counsel while executing at high speed and precision.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and proactively manage risk and governance.
- Forecast manpower needs aligned with our vision of scaling to 2,500+ team members by 2030 and deliver on aggressive hiring goals.
- Champion a culture of performance, ownership, and meritocracy across all functions.
- Manage HR technology platforms and drive automation and data accuracy across systems.
- Proactively solve problems, address grievances, and ensure a legally compliant, emotionally intelligent workplace.
- Deliver transparent, action-focused reports, dashboards, and people analytics to leadership on a regular basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience across the full spectrum of HR operations in a growth-stage or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing complex HR environments with minimal supervision.
- Deep knowledge of Indian labor law, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern HR platforms like Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- Superior written and verbal communication, with executive-level stakeholder management capability.
- Track record of building and scaling HR systems that actually enable growth not bureaucracy.
