Role & responsibilities Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements. Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement in compliance with statutory requirements. Leave Management: Manage employee leave records, applications, approvals, and balances in alignment with company policies. Maintain up-to-date records of attendance and absenteeism. Statutory Compliances: Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory obligations including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations. Handle submissions and liaise with government authorities for audits, inspections, and statutory reporting. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to offer management and onboarding. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support organizational growth. Joining Formalities: Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. Manage documentation, background verification, and creation of employee records in HRIS and physical files. Employee Relations & HR Operations: Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally and confidentially. Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR records, generate reports, and support audits and internal reviews. Preferred candidate profile
