Human Resource It Recruiter- Associate consultant/Consultant

Role Overview:

-Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery

- Structure staffing solution based on detail analytics to address business of clients

- Provide business acumen and hypothesis for staffing issues of clients

- Responsible for end to end HR project delivery

- Effectively guide the team around quality staffing delivery on time

- Documenting and presenting work directly to clients as required

- Liaison and build relationships with the client

Responsibilities:

• Managing end to end Client Relationship and Delivery Management for all high end recruitment for

Analytics clients.

• Running search to identify quality candidates from all the hiring channels like

Naukri.com,IIMJOBS,Linkedin,Industry mapping etc. and closing open assignments of clients within

TAT & Quality.

• Working with the clients in a consultative manner to identify how HuQuo could be leveraged for the

clients

• Time to time coming with innovative Strategy and way forward to strengthen hiring delivery process.

• Since Candidates and clients are foundation of our business therefore WE HAVE TO WORK WITH

CUSTOMER FIRST approach to become client growth partner and established HuQuo as a TRUSTED

Global brand in market as an HR Management & Consulting Company.

• Time Management (TAT),Quality of profiles,strong pipeline of profiles on time and CRM are important

for our business- need to have 100% compliance/control on this.

• Building and presenting all kinds of MIS and reports for internal and client review

• 100% compliance on organisation policies & management decision to meet organisation business goal.

• Need to go all out to meet organisation business expectation / goal and you need to own full

accountabilities for your performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/B.tech/Master's degree in HR, Marketing or any relevant domain are welcome to apply

• 1-3 years experience, preferably in HR management consulting or from Corporate with passion to

work in start-up organisation

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• People Manager with demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative

• Strong record of achievement, solid recruitment exposure, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach

to work
