As an HR Intern, youll have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic HR team, contribute to real-world HR tasks, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and ensuring a smooth transition Help maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with performance management processes, employee engagement surveys, and training initiatives Handle general administrative tasks related to HR, including filing, updating employee records, and preparing reports Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organized with attention to detail Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A proactive, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous internship or work experience in HR (preferred but not required) What We Offer: Hands-on Experience in Human Resources: Get involved in real HR projects, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.
