To support the HR Manager in recruitment and other core HR areas that might come up from time to time, in a way to ensure highest level of quality and service level adherence and thereby contribute to employee well being.

Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.Coordinate with different departments for HR operations and administrative support.Help in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR communications.Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.Assist in maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.
