Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Intern, located in Surat. The intern will assist in managing HR-related responsibilities, including drafting HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, supporting personnel management, and contributing to human resource management functions. The role involves collaborating with various teams to maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and understanding of HR-related practices
• Familiarity with HR Management and the implementation of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience or interest in the media and entertainment industry is a plus
