HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end

  recruitment processes

  : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support

  onboarding activities

  including documentation, induction coordination, and HRIS updates.
• Maintain and update

  HR databases, trackers, and employee records

• Assist in planning and execution of

  employee engagement activities

• Support the HR team in

  payroll inputs, attendance tracking

  , and compliance documentation.
• Prepare

  MIS reports, HR letters

  , and support general HR operations.
• Assist with

  policy communication, audits

  , and other assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

  in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
