Human Resource Intern

Cuilsoft is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, enhance your HR skills, and contribute to a fast-growing IT company.

We also provide an official training certificate and internship experience letter upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize training, development sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism in handling HR data.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the HR field.

Stipend Details:

• Stipend: Based on interview performance
• Unpaid Option - Up to ₹5,000 per month
