Human Resource Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and other administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and social media.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Support the onboarding process for new hires (document collection, induction coordination, etc.).

Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Handle basic HR administrative and documentation tasks.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
