Human Resource Intern

We are hiring HR Operations Intern at HealthWorksAI. Were looking for smart, proactive individuals who are tech-savvy with Microsoft tools. The opportunity is paid internship for 6 months and potential conversion basis performance post 6 months.

The stipend will be Rs.15000 per month + variable pay of Rs.30000 at the end of 6 months.

Job Summary

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with daily tasks related to employee records, communication, and basic HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn about the employee lifecycle and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing analytics company.

You will assist the HR team with maintaining data, responding to basic employee questions, and supporting ongoing HR activities. This internship will help you understand how HR processes work in real-time.

What Youll Do:

• Assist the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data in the HRMS
• Help organize employee documents and records (joining, exits, confirmations, etc.)
• Support the HR lead in basic recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, sending emails, follow-ups)
• Respond to simple employee queries and direct complex questions to the HR team
• Help conduct basic employee engagement activities (surveys, feedback collection, events)
• Assist in creating HR reports like attendance, leave records, and BGV status

Experience Youll Need:

• Educational

  Background:

  Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business management, HR preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and managers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple HR processes simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
