About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, training, coordination, and daily reporting. The ideal candidate will assist in posting jobs across different locations in India, support the recruitment process, organize interviews, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations. This internship is perfect for someone looking to build a career in HR and gain exposure to a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting: Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms for multiple locations across India.
  • Recruitment Support: Help screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to set up interviews and ensure a seamless process.
  • Training Assistance: Support the HR team in organizing and conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Daily Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining daily HR reports, including attendance, recruitment updates, and training progress.
  • Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to provide task updates, coordinate activities, and ensure alignment with HR processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and other HR-related documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR databases.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR software or tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
