Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes: post job openings, review and screen resumes/applications, coordinate with candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up.
  
• Support candidate coordination: communicate with applicants, schedule interviews with hiring managers, manage interview logistics, and help with background/reference checks.
  
• Update and maintain employee and candidate records in HR databases or HRIS (new-hire information, personnel files, leaves/attendance records, etc.).
  
• Assist in onboarding of new hires: prepare onboarding documentation, support orientation processes, coordinate paperwork, and facilitate induction procedures.
  
• Provide administrative support to the HR team: filing HR documents, preparing correspondence, maintaining HR intranet or shared drives, preparing reports and HR-related documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Candidate should be currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelors degree (or related diploma) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking software is a plus.
  
• Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Detail-oriented, with ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with multitasking and basic administrative duties.
