About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic human resources intern to join our HR team. This internship will help you gain practical HR experience and provide an excellent opportunity to understand HR functions in the hospitality and F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection activities – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and attendance records.
• Assist in organising training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
• Help prepare HR letters, reports, and presentations.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR functioning.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.

Duration: 6 to 12 months Stipend: As per company policy Work Mode: On-site (Mumbai) Benefits:
