Managed end-to-end recruitment processes for hundreds of candidates simultaneously, including screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Organized and facilitated walk-in drives, job fairs, and bulk interview events across multiple locations, ensuring smooth logistics and efficient candidate flow. Streamlined onboarding processes for batch hiring by standardizing documentation, background checks, and orientation programs. Improved recruitment efficiency by implementing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and bulk hiring tools, reducing time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Monitored and analyzed recruitment metrics such as fill rate, offer-to-join ratio, and early attrition, using data to refine hiring strategies. Ensured compliance with labor laws and company policies during large-scale hiring, maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits.
