Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle IT recruitment with sourcing, interviews, and selection
• Manage HR processes: retention, engagement, rewards, employee relations, compliance
• Maintain effective relationships with employees and candidates
• Document requisitions, manage data, and generate reports
• Must have experience in PF, ESIC, Payroll process
• Enhance candidate experience and optimize recruitment efficiency
• Coordinate post-interview debriefs and recruitment activities
• Develop and communicate HR policies; ensure understanding and compliance
• Manage Rewards & Recognitions programs
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows
• Resolve conflicts professionally and mediate effectively
• Support administrative HR duties

Qualifications:

• 3+ year HR experience, preferably in IT companies
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Skilled in various selection methods (phone interviews, reference checks)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in report generation and data management
• Adaptable to changing business needs

You will be part of the Multi-Channel Platform Web & Mobile Development Team at the Sciflare Technologies Pvt Ltd office in Chennai. The role is office-based, working from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday are fixed week off.
