Job Description

Human Recources Generalist

Work location - Mantri Square Mall, Bangalore

The position will be responsible for managing and driving the human resources function as a keen strategic business HR, and retaining & developing talent that underpins the VR business culture.

Completing the HR and administration budgeting and manpower planning exercise and seeking necessary approvals;

• Ensure timely execution of hiring cycle as per the defined TAT and onboarding.

• Planning and executing various employee engagement programs;

• Anchoring skip level meetings, town halls and R&R programs;

• Executing annual training calendar;

• Conducting necessary briefings to the employees on the PMS process / cycle; • Ensuring completion of the PMS cycle at timely set intervals (goal settings, mid-year review, final assessment); • Handholding employees in completing the PMS cycle / process;

• Ensure timely sharing of the information / communication(s) with the employee(s) (policies and process, amendments / changes in the existing policies, management communication(s) etc.)

• Provide timely payroll inputs;

• Maintaining / updating the leave tracker, attendance management

• Managing end to end documentation and benefits administration;

• Responsible for complete insurance management (policy renewal, endorsements, claims settlements, etc.);

• Overseeing complete operations and administration;

• Ensure timely completion of the statutory requirements and audit responses;

• Ensure timely redressal of the grievances.
