The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Responsibilities ✅1.5+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles ✅ Strong experience in core HR functions – Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations & Compliance, Onboarding. ✅Process monthly Payroll accurately and on time ✅Draft and issue offer letters to selected candidates in line with company policies. ✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills ✅ Ability to handle employee grievances and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle. ✅Sound knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) ✅Manage employee exit process including resignation acceptance, clearance, and full & final settlement. ✅Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 1.5+ years of experience working in Human Resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills Show more Show less
